Role Overview
Join our professional team as a Cleaning Operative, where you'll be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities. As part of our team in Dammam - Soft Services, you'll work in an ONSITE environment maintaining high standards across office spaces and common areas. This essential role supports our facility management operations with hands-on dedication to providing a welcoming and orderly workplace.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and communal areas according to established schedules and protocols.
- Perform daily dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and waste disposal to ensure all areas are sanitized and orderly.
- Restock supplies in bathrooms, pantries, and office areas such as soap, paper, and cleaning materials.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues within the physical facilities promptly to supervisors.
- Support facility management teams with special cleaning projects and event setups when required.
Must have requirements
- Proven experience with cleaning, office boy duties, or office cleaning in a professional or commercial environment.
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment used in maintaining physical facilities.
- Ability to follow facility management guidelines and safety protocols.
- Physical capability to lift, move, and perform routine manual tasks throughout the workday.
