Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of Facility Management Technicians to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operation of all critical data center infrastructure. The supervisor acts as the operational bridge between the Engineering team and the technicians, ensuring maintenance schedules, incident responses, and operational standards are met.

• Oversee daily monitoring of UPS, LV panels, switchgears, generators, BMS/DCIM, HVAC units, and related systems.
• Support the Engineer in managing major electrical/mechanical shutdowns and maintenance events.
• Coordinate work with vendors and ensure technicians follow required standards during vendor-led activities.
• Monitor customer load readings, temperature/humidity logs, and all critical infrastructure reports.
• Ensure timely escalation of any abnormalities, alarms, or incidents to the Engineer.
• Ensure accurate CMMS/CAFM work orders are created, assigned, and closed with proper documentation.
• Verify completion of maintenance tasks, ensuring documentation, safety compliance, and quality control.
