Role Overview
As a System Engineer – Monitoring and Control, you will play a critical role in overseeing and engineering advanced building automation and integrated control systems for modern facilities. As part of our team in United Arab Emirates, you'll work in an ONSITE environment where deep technical knowledge and hands-on capability with systems and protocols are essential. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient operation and scalability of building management platforms supporting fire, security, HVAC, and electrical systems.
General Responsibilities:
- Supervising maintenance of critical systems at all data centers, ensuring all systems are running efficiently and securely.
- Monitoring system performance, ensuring optimal functionality and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensuring that services are provided according to agreed-upon standards, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with services provided, and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Ensuring services comply with regulatory requirements, while managing any risks associated with service deliver
System Specific Requirements
