Serving as the primary point of contact regarding thermal systems services and technical concerns.

Performing the installation, commissioning and configuration of chillers, CCUs, FCUs, FAHUs and FWUs.

Composing thermal systems documentation such as SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, etc.

Following OEM guidelines and safety protocols, e.g. Trane, York & Carrier, in troubleshooting.

Responding to thermal equipment failures rapidly while being on call.

Performing chillers tests such as approach temperature test, superheat & sub-cooling test, load response test, etc.
-
Performing CCUs tests such as variable speed fan test, high\ low pressure cutoff test, temperature & humidity control test, etc.
-
Performing FAHUs tests such as airflow test, noise level & vibration test, dehumidifier test, etc.
-
Know-how and experience in knowing the components of the panels and the condition of these components in terms of the presence or absence of faults such as (cutters - relays - contactors - fuses -...).

Basic Working Knowledge of PC systems, and CAFM Mobile Apps.

Know-how and experience in using the multimeter.

Know-how and experience in electrical connections of all kinds (three-phase - single-phase - direct current).

Full knowledge of how to deal with fire alarm panels and identifying the locations of detectors through the digital address IP for each detector.

Good knowledge of power systems (UPS's, Control Panels, DB’s, Busway systems, Generators).

Working knowledge of UPS systems and associated switch gear and Distribution Panels

Full knowledge of dealing with the monitoring system and knowing how to choose the camera and how to extract videos with the required date.

Working knowledge of standby generator systems and associated switch gear.

Skill in installation, repair and maintenance of all types of electrical system equipment and components.

Knowing how to extract reports for each door of the data center and how to activate and cancel cards for new and departed employees from the administration

know-how and experience in dealing with the racks, how to install different devices and arranging cables inside the racks.

Knowing and extracting reports from the following systems (BMS-CCTV-ACCESS CONTROL-FIRE ALARM) and sending them to the competent engineer in case of a request from the client at any time.

Understanding how HVAC systems are designed, their components, and how they function in heating, cooling, and ventilation.

Knowledge of routine maintenance procedures and the ability to identify, diagnose, and fix HVAC system issues. Electrical and Mechanical Systems Familiarity with electrical circuits, motors, controls, and mechanical components in HVAC systems.

Knowledge of local, state, and national codes and standards for HVAC systems, such as ASHRAE, EPA, and OSHA regulations.

Understanding how to optimize HVAC systems for energy efficiency and sustainability to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.

Knowledge of proper airflow design and how ventilation impacts indoor air quality and system performance.

Understanding the refrigeration cycle, including components like compressors, evaporators, condensers, and expansion valves.

Proficiency in using tools like pressure gauges, thermometers, and digital diagnostic systems for HVAC troubleshooting. Knowledge of strategies for preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime.

Ability to manage, train, and lead a team of HVAC technicians to ensure quality maintenance and service delivery.

Skills in scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating HVAC projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, understand their needs, and communicate maintenance schedules and updates.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to HVAC systems, including refrigerant handling, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe working conditions.

Ability to analyze performance data, generate reports, and make recommendations for system improvements. Contractor and Vendor Management Experience in managing relationships with contractors and vendors for system upgrades, replacements, or outsourced maintenance tasks.
