Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain equipment such as UPS systems, LV panels, switchgears, distribution boards, HVAC units, pumps, and motors.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to faults or alarms, conduct basic troubleshooting, and escalate as necessary.
• Log equipment performance readings via manual records and BMS systems.
• Assist in power load management and ensure proper functioning of AC/DC systems.
• Support HVAC system operation, including temperature control, air handling units, and ventilation.
• Comply with HSE standards, understand and follow the Permit to Work (PTW) process.
• Work under rotating shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, to provide flexible coverage across teams.
• Provide temporary coverage for absent technicians in both electrical and mechanical domains. I
